This 3 hour course is perfect for people looking for a general introduction to first aid. Not only will it teach you the most common illnesses and injuries suffered but it will be tailored to gymnastics and sport

You will learn to:

  • Manage an incident
  • Manage an unresponsive casualty who is breathing normally
  • Provide first aid to a casualty with suspected chest pains
  • Manage an unresponsive casualty who is not breathing normally
  • Recognise and assist a casualty who is choking
  • Manage a casualty who is in shock
  • Manage a casualty who is wounded and bleeding

Upon successful completion of this course, delegates will receive a St John Ambulance Cymru certificate, valid for 3 years. After which a revalidation course can be attended
