The 2016 Women’s Artistic Development Squad Summer Camp ‘Rio Olympic Fun Camp’ will run from 1st – 5th August 2016 at Sport Wales National Centre.
The camp will run from 10.00am until 4.00pm Monday – Thursday.
On Friday 5th August, the session will run from 10.00am – 1.30pm, there will then be a display for Parents and awards given to gymnasts from 1.30pm.
All gymnasts will be required to bring a packed lunch for each day of training and at least 1 drink.
Personal coaches are not required to attend each training session as all sessions will be run by National coaching staff.

The cost of the camp will be £100.00 for the week. Payments shall be made on the day of the start of the camp.
