This weekend sees the Welsh Commonwealth Games artistic team compete for the last time before they jet off for the Gold Coast at the British Championships in Liverpool.

Both the men and women will be taking part in events throughout the four days of competition. This will be the final opportunity they have to try out their routines in a public arena before the Commonwealth Games begin on April 4th.

Winning a British title or medal at this event would be a great boost for the whole team before they head off to Australia.
