Capital Academy of Gymnastics in Cardiff is holding a talent ID session on Sunday 6th May. They are looking for girls between the ages of 5 and 7 to take part and the event will be free of charge to members and non-members alike.

Capital offers quality, inclusive classes for children of all ages and abilities. This includes after school classes for children aged three and up as well as general gymnastics and preschool activities on weekdays and weekends.

It has an excellent competitive squad structure where it offers children the opportunity to compete, and is currently home to some of the most talented young gymnasts in the country.

Capital are hoping to demonstrate that as well as improving balance, strength and hand-eye coordination, gymnastics helps young children learn how to interact with others and builds confidence, and so is a brilliant sport for development.
