For the first time in history, Welsh Gymnastics has taken the Rosebowl award for highest team score at the Compulsory and NDP Finals.

Every year, the Rosebowl is awarded to the Region with the highest team score, made up of a combination of Compulsory and National Grades Team scores and we are delighted that Wales has been crowned champion for 2019!

The Compulsory Finals took place on the 11th May in Stoke, where the Level 4 and 3 teams competed with four gymnasts in each team. The Level 3 Team were crowned champions at the event, with our Level 4 Team coming in 5th place at the event.

The NDP Finals then took place over 25-26th May, where our Level 1, 2 and 4 Teams came in 2nd place, with the Welsh NDP Level 3 Team coming in 4th. All of these brilliant team scores were put together to help Wales take the Rowebowl for 2019!

This is a fantastic achievement for our Welsh gymnasts and we look forward to defending our title as Rosebowl champions next year.
