Welsh gymnasts triumphed at the 2019 Trampoline, Tumbling & DMT British Championships this weekend.
These championships are the pinnacle of the competition season for all 3 disciplines; we saw a number of medals won by Welsh gymnasts in the trampoline and disability categories, with British champions Breanne Murzyn and Sharmeela Bragg taking gold in their categories.

17-21 Girls Individual: Kayla Smith (Maesteg) 3rd place
13-16 Girls Synchro: Leah O'Connor (Maesteg) and Lucy Barker (Edgbarrow) 3rd place
Cat 1 disability Women 15+: Breanne Murzyn (Caerau Vale Trampoline Club) 1st place
Cat 1 disability Women U15: Angel Eames (Twisters South Wales TC) 2nd place
Cat 1 disability Men U15: Lewis Henderson (Twisters South Wales TC) 2nd place
Cat 2 disability Women U15: Sharmeela Bragg (Twisters South Wales TC) 1st place
