Sport and leisure providers across Wales are joining forces to encourage everyone in Wales to be active during the Coronavirus lockdown. With people spending more time at home, and no access to leisure and sport facilities, staying active and healthy has never been more of a challenge.
The #BeActiveWales campaign will see a co-ordinated effort that will help every person in Wales keep fit, both indoors and in the time exercise is allowed outside. Online routines, nutrition advice and session plans will be made available to cover a range of sports and activities.
Importantly, the campaign will be aimed at people of all abilities and experience, so that everyone has the chance to be active.
Sport Wales has also allowed access to its school resources for use at home.
All information can be found at https://www.sport.wales/beactivewales/ . Please continue to only encourage safe activities for your gymnasts and parents to get involved in.
