Welsh Gymnastics’ purpose is to lead, develop and be the guardian of the sport in Wales.

We are looking for a new Chief Executive Officer to lead the organisation through a phase that will see significant change and opportunity for gymnastics and the organisation.

Reporting to the Chair and Board of Directors, it is an exciting time to be joining the organisation; the Birmingham 2022 Commonwealth Games are only eight months away while several key change initiatives are being developed or delivered.

Welsh Gymnastics has an aspirational and passionate team that will be ready to support the new CEO. Like many organisations, we have had to deal with the challenges of Covid 19, however that hasn’t stopped the team who have explored new opportunities, and continually looked for ways to develop and evolve the culture, seeking to ensure that all participants have a positive experience whilst involved in gymnastics.
