Welsh Gymnastics are currently looking to recruit for a Non-Executive Finance Director to join its Board.
This is an exciting time to join the Welsh Gymnastics Board ahead of the launch of our new strategy later this year.
We want to ensure more children, young people and adults from all backgrounds, abilities and communities can become involved with gymnastics, which is enjoyable, fun and above all, safe.
As we look to enhance our ambition in line with our new strategy, the successful candidate for the role will need to operate at a strategic level, focusing on financial and business planning, governance, risk, and investment planning.
The individual will have an in-depth knowledge and experience of accounting, finance, and financial services; experience of guiding and supporting others in financial matters.
Remuneration: Voluntary position (expenses paid)
Location: Four board meetings a year, two online and two in Cardiff. With some work outside of meeting. Estimated time commitment is 1 day a month.
Term of Office: Initial 4 year term (2 terms max)
