About Chris' role…

Chris leads the planning for the men’s artistic performance programme and manages all national coaching staff. He supports the national squad programme, through the delivery of squad sessions and club visits, with specific responsibility for Foundation squad gymnasts.

What's keeping Chris busy:

• Providing daily coaching to our performance athletes
• Devising cycle plans with national coaching staff to provide gymnastics opportunities for all levels within men’s artistic gymnastics.

Experience: Several gymnasts coached by Chris have competed and made apparatus finals at both the Junior Commonwealth Championships and the Commonwealth Games, as well as winning titles and medals at British Championships, Northern Europeans and other recognised international events.

Chris has himself represented Wales in numerous roles such as coach, judge and team manager.
