You're a club looking for support in gathering and analysing data. Claire can also help if you want to find out more about how Welsh Gymnastics measure the impact we're having.

Claire's role is to help gather, manage and using information as effectively as possible.  This involves research into particular projects, as well as analysis of the wider gymnastics and sporting landscape.

What's keeping Claire busy:

  • Mapping gymnastics provision across Wales

  • Liaising with staff and clubs on a large-scale equality monitoring project to make sure Welsh Gymnastics delivers the best service it can for everyone involved

  •  Working with Fantastic Gymnastics, a girls-only club in Butetown, to promote inclusive gymnastics and carry out research to evaluate the project.

Gymnastics history: Claire was a gymnast for five years when she was younger.

More about Claire: She's a qualified Level 1 gymnastics coach at a club in Cardiff.
