Elle joined the staff at Welsh Gymnastics as Performance Support Officer at the end of 2021, having previously worked for the organisation as athlete manager on a contract of services from 2020.

From September 2022, Elle has taken on a new role as Programme Officer – including undertaking athlete monitoring, plans and funding reviews, contributing to the anti-doping framework, and helping further develop the athlete voice. She is also supporting the delivery of the WG Strategy and Performance Plan.

Elle completed a PhD on the developmental pathways of GB pathway athletes at Bangor University and is also a women’s artistic gymnastics coach and judge.
