CWG 2026 Longlist Gymnast

I started gymnastics when I was 5 in my local leisure centre at Cardiff Olympic and fell in love with the sport immediately. At 8, I moved to Sports Wales National Centre where I trained and competed with the Welsh squad and have trained there ever since!

My journey in gymnastics has been something I will cherish forever, especially the memories and experiences I have gained over the 13 years I have been doing gymnastics! Some of my favourite achievements from when I was a junior are, that I became Junior British Champion in both years. I competed in the European Youth Olympics in Slovakia and won a silver medal on vault for Team GB. When I moved up to senior some of my favourite achievements are, I got selected to compete at the World Championships as a first-year senior. I achieved one of my biggest goals and competed in the Paris 2024 Olympics and helped the team to achieve 4th in team final. Last year, I competed in the World Championships in Jakarta and won a silver medal for Great Britain on floor and I also competed at the European Championships last year where I competed in the first ever mixed team final and came 2nd with Jake Jarman. In the same Championships I also achieved 4th in the floor final!

My favourite apparatus is floor, because I’ve always enjoyed tumbling and doing a big performance in competition. My favourite skill is a double lay on floor as I’m super confident competing it and it’s also so fun to do!

In school I didn’t really have a favourite subject, however I enjoyed doing PE.

Gymnastics is my full-time job; However, I do Social media on the side as well.

One of my biggest dreams since I was little was to compete for Wales in the Commonwealth Games, so to make the longlist is an amazing achievement that I’m so proud of. I cant wait for the journey to the Commonwealth Games alongside all of the other longlist athletes.
