Rise Gymnastics is British Gymnastics’ new recreational programme, exclusive to British Gymnastics member clubs and partners that provides gymnasts from walking age, through to advanced recreational gymnasts, the opportunity to shine.
It is a fun packed programme that provides a progressive journey through recreational gymnastics and has been designed with insight and consultation with the gymnastics community. Rise Gymnastics allows gymnasts to experience an immersive, creative and exciting gymnastics pathway to achieve amazing results at their own pace, building key foundation skills.
The programme is available to all British and Welsh Gymnastics clubs and partners in Wales, and we will be here every step of the way to help you to deliver this to your members.
