Welsh Gymnastics are pleased to announce the launch of a new course; Foundations of Strength and Conditioning, developed as part of a project with Sport Wales.
The below documents include a course information sheet, detailing where this course has come from, requirements, cost and time, content, and roll out plan. Please also see attached pdf and word versions of the tutor application form. Tutor recruitment will take place across March 2026, with successful applicants orientating throughout 2026.
