I have been at Pipers Vale Gymnastics Club since I was 4 years old and I’m now 20 so I have been doing gymnastics for 16 years! When I was younger gym didn’t really come naturally to me and I struggled especially with bars. After going through National grades and passing Challenge as an Espoir I got to my first British Champs in 2017. I was first selected for GB Senior Development Squad in 2023! In 2024 I injured my knees whilst away at the Varna World Challenge Cup, just before I was selected to be the travelling reserve for the Paris Olympics! I first competed for Wales in 2024 at the Leverkusen Cup and Northern Europeans which were both very successful and I loved representing Wales internationally! In 2025 I competed in my first major international which was the European Championships where we came 6th as a team, and I was reserve for the floor final!

CWG 2026 Longlist GymnastMy favourite apparatus is bars! I like trying new connections and skills and it’s fun swinging around! My favourite element is a jaeger on bars.
I’m studying Sport and Exercise Science at University, where I am enjoying learning about human movement as it relates to gym a lot!
I sometimes work at gym doing coaching for the little ones or leading parties!
It feels amazing to be selected for the longlist and I can’t wait for the next few months, hopefully it’s going to be a very exciting year!
