After earning a Master’s degree in Human Rights in 2019, Georgina commenced her career at a prominent law firm in London. She subsequently transitioned to working at a women’s refuge, where she qualified as an Independent Domestic Violence Advisor (IDVA) in 2022, further advancing her expertise by obtaining an enhanced ISVA qualification in 2024.
Over the past several years, Georgina has dedicated herself to supporting survivors of domestic and sexual violence, providing emergency accommodation, guiding clients through the criminal justice system, collaborating with multiple agencies to ensure victim protection, and delivering professional training on effective identification and support strategies for victims of domestic abuse. This extensive experience has culminated in her current role as Safeguarding Manager at Welsh Gymnastics.
