I was a busy child with lots of energy and tried out lots of activities. Gymnastics was the one I enjoyed the most and I remember going to pre-school sessions in the local church hall with Head over Heels Gymnastics. When I started school at the age of 4, I joined the City of Newport Gymnastics Academy (CNGA) where my love of gymnastics continued to grow.
Coaches Tina and Marcel Marenghi introduced me to gymnastics competitions and also trials with Welsh Gymnastics where I continued my gymnastics journey from the age of 7 with coaches Tracey Skirton-Davies and Olivia Bryl.
I have also trained with the British Gymnastics squads since the age of 10 and am extremely grateful to have competed in the Junior European Championships, Junior World Championships and the European Youth Olympics, in addition to other National and International competitions with Welsh and British Gymnastics.
Last year, I enjoyed my first year as a senior gymnast where I had the opportunity to take part in a World Cup which was my first senior International competition for Britain. I have also competed as a senior gymnast with my team for Wales.
