I started gymnastics at the age of 5 and have been doing the sport for 14 years now. I started my gymnastics journey in Barry YMCA where I stayed until I moved to Capital Academy of Gymnastics and then Clwb Cymru Caerdydd. I have had the privilege of competing for both Great Britain and Wales, I was selected to represent Wales at the 2022 Commonwealth Games in Birmingham. I am now competing for the University of Pittsburgh in the NCAA which has already been one of the greatest experiences. I have faced some injuries and challenges through gymnastics, but I believe that everything happens for a reason and that the hardest tests are what makes us stronger.

CWG 2026 Longlist GymnastMy favourite apparatus would definitely be beam when it comes to training, but I love to compete floor. My favourite skill is an Onodi on beam.
My favourite subject in school was always Theatre and that has definitely been the case in University too. I love the performance aspect!
It feels so exciting to be on the longlist. I am so appreciative that I get to be on this list with all these amazing gymnasts. Any chance to represent Wales is an honour.
