Teamwork Makes the Dream Work: Welsh success at 2023 British Inter Regional Challenge Cup Finals

Last weekend, a huge team of gymnasts travelled to Birmingham to compete at the 2023 British Inter Regional Challenge Cup Finals.

After a short hiatus this competition moved back to Birmingham Arena which is the perfect venue for a competition of this scale.

This year’s finalists all worked extremely hard over the summer in their respective clubs, with their coaches, after qualifying to ensure they were ready for this competition.

And this year turned out to be one of the most successful the region has had in terms of teamwork and results.
