Managing conflicting behaviour is an interactive, engaging workshop to give volunteers, coaches, and staff tools and skills to improve and develop conflicting behaviour within their sport and community setting. The first half of the workshop looks at tips to prevent challenging behaviour occurring, and the second half of the workshop looks at tools to implement and consider if this behaviour arises.

This is a fantastic opportunity for coaches, assistant coaches, sport leaders, and volunteers to expand and develop their skills in managing behaviour within their club setting. Whether you are an experienced or new coach, a volunteer or sports leader, this workshop will have something for everyone and equip you with skills and solutions to take back to your clubs and implement into your sessions.

This is a comprehensive workshop led by Andrew Diggle, who has 24 years of experience within the Sports Development, Leisure, and Community setting. Andrew specialises in tutor training, IQA and EQA assessing, EPA for apprenticeships, personal development, and behaviour change programmes in education and wellbeing.

Notes:

– You must be a minimum of 16 years old on the day of the workshop.

– Please be mindful that spaces are allocated upon payment, your booking is NOT confirmed until payment has been made.
