Welsh Gymnastics General Meeting
Tuesday 28th November 2023
6pm – 7:30pm
Venue – either in person in Sport Wales National centre or online
Voting and adoption of New Articles of Association
During the Meeting a vote will take place during the meeting to accept new Articles.
A thorough review of the Articles highlighted the need for revision to modernise them and bring them into line with the Governance and Leadership Framework for Wales (GLFW). To make any changes to the current Articles, they must be voted on and approved by our eligible voting members as set out in the membership rules. Therefore we will be holder a general meeting on the 28th of November to highlight and discuss the proposed changes. All current gold members are eligible to attend and vote.
