The CEO will be responsible for creating a high-performance culture within Welsh Gymnastics, inspiring leadership, people development and accountability. In addition, the CEO will drive revenue streams and capitalise on commercial opportunities whilst ensuring excellent customer service to those we engage with. Working closely with the Senior Management Team and the board, the CEO will be responsible for the management of the governance structure and the 2022 Communities and Champions Strategy.
