Welsh Gymnastics is looking to appoint a Men's Artistic National Coach to work with the National Coaching Team. This is a great opportunity for a talented, motivated and committed individual to contribute to the Welsh Gymnastics Performance Team. 
  • Fixed term (2 years)
  • Based at Sport Wales, Sophia Gardens in Cardiff
  • Salary £21,000 - £24,000 p.a.

 Our key aspirations for performance gymnastics in Wales: 

  • Medals at international events and Welsh gymnasts on the GB pathway
  • Clear pathway for gymnast progression on every level of the sport
  • Strong and vibrant performance clubs

The Men’s Artistic National Coach will be responsible for contributing to the Welsh Gymnastics COaCH 22 Strategy and the Men’s Artistic ‘VMOST’ model with associated strategies. The position will also be responsible for improving performance standards across Wales and international results, leading to multi-Games success and major event representation.

The successful candidate should possess the necessary skills to work within the Men’s Artistic National Programme and contribute to the overall aspirations of Welsh Gymnastics Performance strategy.

Welsh Gymnastics is looking to appoint a Rhythmic Gymnastics Development National Coach to work with the Rhythmic National Programme. This is a great opportunity for a talented, motivated and committed individual to contribute to the Welsh Gymnastics Performance Team. 
  • Fixed term (2 years)
  • Based at Sport Wales, Sophia Gardens in Cardiff
  • Salary £19,000 - £21,000 p.a.

 Our key aspirations for performance gymnastics in Wales: 

  • Medals at international events and Welsh gymnasts on the GB pathway
  • Clear pathway for gymnast progression on every level of the sport
  • Strong and vibrant performance clubs

The Rhythmic Gymnastics Development National Coach will be responsible for assisting and contributing to the Welsh Gymnastics COaCH 22 Strategy and the Rhythmic ‘VMOST’ model and improving performance standards in Wales.

They will create and deliver training programmes for identified gymnasts within the Rhythmic Age Group squads and provide necessary support to the National Coach in delivering programmes for centralised and national squad gymnasts.

The successful candidate should possess the necessary skills to work within the Rhythmic National Programme and contribute to the overall aspirations of Welsh Gymnastics Performance strategy.
