Gymnastics history: Carys is a former Physical Education teacher, and used to run successful and popular after-school gymnastics clubs.

More about Carys:  Carys joined Welsh Gymnastics in 2012 as the early years and schools manager. Helping encourage young children to be fit and active through gymnastics is part of her present role.
