Working with the Board to help lead and govern successful gymnastics for all across Wales.

What’s keeping Dean busy:

• Sustaining what’s great within the sport and Welsh Gymnastics.
• Looking at growth and development to further enhance safeguarding, increase participation for all and improve the value for our members.

Gymnastics history: Dean describes himself as a passionate spectator and cheerleader of gymnastics since his appointment to the Board. A keen sportsman in his younger life, Dean is a huge advocate of what sport can provide, particularly to children – sighting focus, structure, discipline and social interaction as some of the many life benefits.

More about Dean: Dean is an Executive Coach for senior leaders in business, and is co-founder of two other companies. An author of three leadership books, Dean has served on the Board of a leading children’s charity and a non-league football club. He is currently undertaking his Masters equivalent in Sports Leadership.
