About Ella…
My name is Ella and I am a gymnast and young leader from Planet Sport and Community. I am very passionate about gymnastics and I enjoy helping other people. I would like to focus on the mental health of young people and mental training in gymnastics. I am very excited for this opportunity to be a part of the future of Welsh Gymnastics for young people.
