Laura’s role is…

Train promising talent in the rhythmic development squads, preparing them to move up the performance pathway.

History of gymnastics: Laura’s journey in the sport began at the age of 5 and her natural versatility saw her gravitate towards rhythmic gymnastics. By the age of 9, she was representing Wales and Great Britain.

Her list of achievements includes six senior Welsh titles, five senior British titles while she also represented Great Britain at four World Rhythmic Championships.

Laura won all-around and ball bronze, as well as team silver, representing Team Wales at the 2014 Commonwealth Games in Glasgow. Four years later, she won her fourth Commonwealth Games medal, this time silver with the hoop, at Gold Coast 2018. She moved into coaching after retiring – as British champion – later that year.
