Victoria took the reins as Chief Executive Officer of Welsh Gymnastics in July 2022.

She has spent much of her career committed to the business of creating and delivering strategies to support resilience and sustainability within the not-for-profit sector, mainly for sport.

This has included working with Ryder Cup Wales, FAW Trust, Millennium Stadium’s Charitable Trust, Coca-Cola and McDonalds.

Prior to joining Welsh Gymnastics, Victoria served as CEO of the Welsh Sports Association for almost eight years; driving forward change in all aspects of the business from governance structures to commercial development. Victoria also led the charge in supporting Welsh sport navigate the challenges of Covid-19.

She is a member of Cardiff University’s International Advisory Board and is the founder and Trustee of the emerging Welsh Sports Foundation, with a core mission to ensure that finance is not a barrier to any child in Wales wanting to participate in sport and physical activity.
