Jen Waite is the co-founder and managing director of Delyn Recreational Gymnastics Club. The club was established in 2014 to provide affordable, accessible, and inclusive gymnastics opportunities in North Wales. Under her leadership, the club has grown from a single school-hall venue to a dedicated facility serving hundreds of members, while expanding programmes and developing a strong volunteer and coaching team. With extensive experience in business management, governance, and bid writing, plus experience drawn from coaching in the States, Jen has championed equity and sustainability in sport. Most recently, she founded the Delyn Rebound Therapy Centre, creating partnerships to expand disability provision across Welsh Gymnastics clubs. Passionate about inclusion and community impact, she is committed to shaping the future of gymnastics in Wales at board level.
