Gymnastics history:  Nia has been a gymnast since the age of three, moving to the Rhythmic discipline when she was 10. She started coaching when she was 16, becoming involved in the national preparation squads when she was 18. 

More about Nia: She was central to Welsh Gymnastics' success at the 2014 Glasgow Commonwealth Games when Frankie Jones, Laura Halford and Nikara Jenkins won eight medals between them. Nia also takes responsibility for Welsh gymnasts who represent Great Britain.
