 What's keeping Raer busy:

  • Organising and managing courses run by Welsh Gymnastics including Safeguarding, Time to Listen, Sport Leaders and additional workshops
Gymnastics history: Raer's been involved in gymnastics since she was six and was an elite gymnast until retiring in 2016. She was in Wales' bronze medal-winning Women's Artistic team at the 2014 Commonwealth Games in Glasgow, and has represented Great Britain at international competitions.

More about Raer: She's now a qualified Level 4 coach, bringing her experience of gymnastics at the highest level to Wales' would-be champions.
